Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Cochin, SK. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and server operations, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Key tasks include setting up and maintaining IT systems, ensuring data security, managing cloud services, and offering prompt resolutions to technical incidents. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs effectively.

• Technical Support, IT Consulting, and Network & Server Management skills
• Experience in Cyber Security and Cloud Services
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of IT systems setup, maintenance, and data security protocols
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or other relevant credentials are a plus
• Experience in the IT outsourcing domain is advantageous
