Information Technology Support Engineer

As an IT Professional at Vision Plus Global Services, your role will involve specializing in call center operations at the Agartala location. You will be responsible for maintaining and administering the network infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service support to ensure smooth operations within the call center environment. Key Responsibilities: - Strong skills in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, including Desktop, Servers, Networks, and applications. - Coordinating IT projects, such as system updates, upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments. - Proficiency in implementing IT security policies, procedures, and best practices, while maintaining accurate documentation. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center IT operations. - CCNA and MCSE certifications or relevant trainings.
