IT professional for call center

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Professional specializing in call center operations, located in Agartala. The IT professional will be responsible for maintaining and administering the network infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service support to ensure smooth operations within the call center environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Network Security
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with call center IT operations is a plus
