Revit MEP Engineer – As-Built Modeling

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit MEP Engineer who will be responsible for updating and revising existing Revit MEP models based on received 2D CAD drawings. The role focuses on preparing accurate as-built BIM models that reflect the latest site conditions and client-provided drawings.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and interpret received 2D CAD drawings and compare them against the current Revit MEP model.

· Revise and update the Revit model to reflect as-built conditions for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.

· Ensure the as-built model is accurate, consistent, and compliant with client requirements and project standards.

· Prepare and update as-built documentation and deliverables from the Revit model.

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients to confirm changes and resolve discrepancies between CAD drawings and the Revit model.

· Maintain proper version control and documentation of model revisions.

Qualifications

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in Revit MEP modeling with proven exposure to as-built deliverables.

· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

· Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret CAD drawings into BIM models.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
