Job Description

IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support at multipole locations (laptops, printers, internet, hardware issues, etc.).
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Coordinate with the back-office team for inventory and service issues.
Handle basic networking tasks like LAN setup, IP configuration, etc.
Visit new or existing sites as needed for service or setup.
Occasionally assist in
business development by identifying new locations
.
Maintain proper documentation and service logs.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate Pass or Diploma in IT/Computer Hardware/Networking.
Prior experience in desktop and laptop support or hardware maintenance is preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across locations as required.
