Information Technology Support Engineer

You are an IT Support Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of experience sought to join the team at AIR India, Manesar. Your role involves providing user support on Active Directory (AD), offering first-level support for Azure, cloud services, and networking issues, and assisting air hostesses, senior staff, and pilots in effectively utilizing technology applications. Your responsibilities also include delivering comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, coordinating with other IT teams to resolve complex problems, and maintaining documentation of support activities.
