This is a commission-only position , ideal for individuals who can independently generate leads and close sales. ### Responsibilities: Promote and sell services such as website development, app development, software solutions, logo design, UI/UX, SEO, and social media marketing. Identify, generate, and convert new business leads independently. Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions. Report performance and updates weekly. ### Requirements: Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis (no fixed salary). Must be able to generate leads and close sales independently . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be serious, consistent, and result-oriented. Must be 18+ and able to work remotely with basic internet access. Should be willing to meet weekly and monthly sales targets. ### Compensation: 30% commission per confirmed sale in the first month. Commission may be increased based on performance. Commission may vary if discounted pricing is offered to clients. No commission or payment is given without successful paid sales. High-performing agents may be offered a fixed+commission model after 2 months. ### Additional Information: Weekly performance targets are mandatory. Sales dashboard access will be provided only after meeting the initial target . No advance or payment demands will be accepted.
