IT Project Coordinator


  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT projects.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support allocation of project resources and track task assignments.
  • Monitor budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts where required.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordinating external consultants or contractors.
  • Track and escalate project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Support testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for project management efficiency.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining project templates and lessons learned.
