Information Technology Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and,

ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of projects within set timelines and

budgets. This individual will coordinate between teams, and client communication, monitor

progress, and assist in troubleshooting issues to support successful project outcomes. The role

is ideal for someone highly organised with a strong understanding of IT processes, excellent

communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

● Project Planning & Scheduling:

○ Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

○ Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timelines are

met.

○ Coordinate project kick-off meetings and regular updates with stakeholders.

● Coordination & Communication:

○ Act as the main point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

○ Facilitate communication across departments to ensure project alignment.

○ Organize and document meetings, updates, and follow-up actions.

● Resource Management:

○ Assist in the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and

budgets.

○ Track vendor's manpower utilization and report on any gaps or excesses.

○ Handle company equipment, stock, and inventory—ensuring all resources

are properly accounted for and maintained.
