Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Procurement professional with deep expertise in SI Procurement, commercial negotiations, and contract management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement services for SI vertical, driving cost efficiencies, ensuring compliance, and building strategic supplier relationships across geographies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage procurement activities across

    System Integration (SI)

    ,

    Client Supply

    , and

    Project Investment

    categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

    Delivery Units (DU), Solution Units (SU), Practice Units (PU), Sales, Alliances, Finance, Legal, and Audit

    to ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage vendor

    RFx processes

    (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for a wide range of hardware and software requirements including

    Enterprise, Standard, Cloud, and SaaS

    (based on requirements and inputs from Delivery, Practice, and Solution units).
  • Draft, review, and

    finalize contracts

    in coordination with the Legal team, tailored to specific project needs.
  • Support Delivery and Practice teams in fulfilling client deliverables and managing vendor obligations to ensure

    timely revenue recognition

    .
  • Monitor vendor performance and service levels; establish and maintain

    Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)

    for critical suppliers.
  • Drive

    global sourcing strategies

    and expand the vendor ecosystem beyond India.
  • Prepare and present

    client-specific MIS reports

    and

    spend dashboards

    to senior leadership.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and support both

    statutory and internal audits

    .
  • Manage

    vendor reconciliation

    and proactively resolve conflicts.
  • Identify and implement

    process improvements

    to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

• Strong understanding of client deals, contract, enterprise agreements.

• Experience working in a global procurement environment is a plus.
