Job Location : Chembur

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the team.
  • Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Handling complete Hardware and Software
  • Take care of all IT infra, like: Desktops/Laptops/Servers/Network Infra.
  • Technical support to office users as well as Site users.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems.
  • Managing IT policies as per Company /Directors instruction
  • Plan, Organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Design, develop, implement IT policies as per company requirement.
  • Ensure to secure all organization Data, Network and servers
  • Managing internet facilities at office and site location
  • Responsible for Bio-metric/ CCTV system
  • Managing and monitoring all installed network infra system and appliances
  • Managing Firewall and configuration of Access rules/App policies/Web Policies/ VPN/VLAN.
  • Managing and configuration of Wireless Access points.
  • Maintaining Asset & Software inventory
  • Managing AMC / Warranties of software and hardware assets.
  • IT Vendor Management
  • Configuration and handling Server/ NAS Storage systems
  • Manging Antivirus Server with device access policy
  • Data Management & Backup System
  • Monitoring Servers & Backup logs on daily basis
  • Managing and Configuration of network printers
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace email solutions
  • New Project planning, implementation and documentation
  • Perform root cause analysis on repeated issue to enable future prevention.
