Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
  • Manage IT assets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems
  • Perform SAP Basis administration activities such as system health checks, transports, user administration, and role management
  • Monitor and respond to security events, managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions
  • Conduct IT risk assessments, audits, and prepare security and compliance reports
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and adherence to IT policies and security standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, infrastructure, and network administration
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration
  • Practical exposure to cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls and endpoint security
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
