Information Technology Manager

As an experienced IT professional, you will lead and mentor a team responsible for managing infrastructure, including service delivery, Cisco network support, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint management. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing Cisco network environments to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. Additionally, you will manage cloud infrastructure services such as AWS and Azure Cloud, aligning them with business needs while ensuring security, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the performance, security, and availability of IT services like email, file sharing, and collaboration platforms. You will also manage network security, implementing policies for firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other protective measures for both on-premises and cloud environments. Leading the design and implementation of disaster recovery plans, data backups, and business continuity strategies will be crucial to your role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will ensure that infrastructure solutions meet the evolving needs of the business. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies will enable you to continuously improve IT infrastructure capabilities. Enforcing infrastructure standards, procedures, and policies to adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) will be essential. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with expertise in Cisco networking, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and IT service delivery. - Strong leadership and team management experience, driving performance and mentoring team members. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
