Executive/Sr. Executive - IT Infra

Role Requirement:

• Education:

  Graduation/Diploma

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infra profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and maintain physical and virtualized infrastructure (VMware).
2. Manage and monitor on-premise and cloud servers, storage, and backup solutions.
3. Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices for patching and configuration management.
4. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues affecting system performance and availability.
5. Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
6. Maintain documentation and infrastructure diagrams.
7. Design and configure network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
8. Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server management.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with common IT tools (e.g., remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, system monitoring tools).
• Basic understanding of network security concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with end-users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
