Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist, based on-site in Aurangabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing network administration tasks, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues. The role also involves implementing and maintaining secure and efficient IT systems to support the organization’s operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and handling LAN, WAN, and WiFi systems
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Information Technology operations
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Knowledge and expertise in Network Security and data protection practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+, are an advantage
