Please find the detailed JD for IT Infrastructure Lead/Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Lead / Manager and coordinate critical IT infrastructure US/Internal projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end IT infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations, including network, server, storage, cloud, and virtualization technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
Strong knowledge in areas such as
Veeam Backup,

VMware, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, networking, storage, and cloud (Azure/AWS).
Experience managing data center moves, virtualization projects, and enterprise hardware/software rollouts.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar project management solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead cross-functional teams for implementation of IT infrastructure initiatives, including data center transformations, server migrations, virtualization, network upgrades, and cloud adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare project charters, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless integration and execution.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure infrastructure aligns with IT security policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Drive documentation, post-implementation reviews, and handover to operations/support teams.
