  • Administer the Azure portal and review cloud logs & alerts.
  • Handle endpoint management — desktops, laptops, printers, MDM, biometric devices, and UPS.
  • Manage endpoint security tools (antivirus, device encryption, application control).
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and warranty claims.
  • Support IT asset lifecycle management, documentation, and audits (ISO, internal controls).
  • Monitor performance and uptime of critical IT systems and infrastructure.

Network & Security

  • Basic understanding of VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules.
  • Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and standards.

Server & Storage Administration

  • Administer storage systems (NAS/SAN) and backup environments.
  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for SAP ERP.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes.

Projects & Implementation

  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, expansion, and technology deployment (cloud, automation, IoT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT-enabled initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate system documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, ITIL, and other organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma Engineer / BCA / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications preferred: MCSA, ITIL, Windows Server, CompTIA Server+, Azure, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6–7 years in IT infrastructure management roles.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware).
