Job Title : Assistant Manager Location : Kashipur, Uttarakhand About the Role: We are seeking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and facilitating smooth logistics and documentation. The role includes maintaining customer relations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and achieving export sales targets. Responsibilities Export Operations Management: Oversee the entire export process, from order receipt to final shipment. Coordinate with production, logistics, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bill of lading. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs requirements. Logistics Coordination: Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Optimize shipping routes and negotiate freight charges. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal, and supply chain teams to streamline operations. Preferred Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of specific regions or countries relevant to the export business. Certification in Export Management or International Trade. Experience in handling Letters of Credit and bank documentation. Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Commerce or International Business, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
