Key Responsibilities:CRM Management & Automation (Bitrix24) Maintain and customize CRM for internal departments. Create automated workflows, reports, forms, and business processes. Train team members and act as the CRM point of contact. IT Infrastructure & Support Manage office networking, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls. Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, etc. Set up user access, emails, and device-level security. Website & Hosting Management Regular updates and content management on websites. Maintain hosting accounts, domains, SSL certificates, and backups. Monitor website performance, uptime, and security. Software Development & Integration Develop and maintain basic web tools (landing pages, internal tools, dashboards). Write automation scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for internal processes. Integrate APIs between CRM, website, and other tools as needed. Work with third-party platforms and SaaS tools for tech improvements. Technical Documentation & Asset Management Maintain logs of IT assets, licenses, credentials, and configurations. Prepare and update SOPs for IT processes, onboarding, and troubleshooting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one scripting language (Python or PHP preferred). Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts. Experience with WordPress, hosting panels, and domain/email setup. Good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure. Preferred Skills: Experience in using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Apps Script, and Microsoft Office. Version control familiarity (Git). Basic UI/UX understanding for internal tool development. Good communication and documentation skills. Show more Show less
