Job Description

🏨 Job Opening: IT Executive – Hotel Lakend, Udaipur

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, networking devices, and software systems.
Provide daily support for front office and back-end systems (PMS, POS, internet, CCTV, etc.).
Ensure smooth functioning of hotel applications and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.
Regular data backups and system maintenance.
Monitor and ensure IT security protocols are in place.

Requirements:

Graduate in Computer Science / IT or relevant field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
