Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support both business requirements analysis and pre-sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations, craft functional documentation, and ensure smooth project execution from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Draft and maintain functional documents including BRD, FRD, user stories, and wireframes.
• Participate in client calls, discovery workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Liaise with UI/UX and development teams to convert business needs into tech solutions.
• Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and business use case documentation.
• Perform data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets to support decision-making.
• Assist in UAT planning, coordination, and validation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Proficiency in tools like Visio, Draw.io, Balsamiq, Pencil, Figma, etc.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise product demos.
• Exposure to pre-sales activities, RFP evaluation, and proposal preparation.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and technical concepts.
