Job Description

As a Business Analyst (IT & Marketing Sales), you will play a crucial role as a strategic liaison between the technology, marketing, and sales departments. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, identifying data-driven opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance digital marketing performance, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools. It will be your duty to ensure that IT initiatives align with commercial objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to document business requirements for CRM, lead management, and digital platforms. - Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams. - Evaluate workflows and propose system enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy. - Coordinate with IT teams to develop, configure, and optimize tools such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics dashboards, and marketing automation platforms. - Oversee data integration between sales, marketing, and ERP systems to ensure consistent reporting and customer insights. - Monitor data quality, manage data governance processes, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). - Develop and track KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales conversion rates. - Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and attribution data to inform marketing strategy. - Provide insights to support product positioning, pricing, and customer segmentation. - Support cross-functional project management, ensuring timely delivery of IT-enabled marketing initiatives. - Act as the main liaison between marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors or consultants. - Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new digital initiatives. - Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). - Recommend process improvements based on analytics and stakeholder feedback. - Lead user training and documentation for new system features or enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Marketing, or Sales environments. - Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools. - Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI reporting platforms. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. As an additional detail, the preferred qualifications include experience in digital marketing analytics, web tracking (Google Analytics, GA4), and campaign optimization. Certification in Agile/Scrum or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is preferred along with knowledge of APIs, data integration, and marketing tech stacks. A background in e-commerce or B2B/B2C marketing domains is also a plus.
