Role Overview

IT Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Governance

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of healthcare data across multiple systems.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare data standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Cleanse, transform, and validate data to support analytical and operational needs.

Strategic Collaboration

• Translate complex business questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders, to deliver actionable insights.
• Present findings through data visualization, storytelling, and presentations.

Healthcare-Specific Focus

• Support regulatory and compliance reporting, value-based care initiatives, and quality metrics.
• Analyze clinical performance data and contribute to benchmarking and improvement strategies.
• Work with healthcare interoperability standards such as

  FHIR

  and

  HL7

  .
• Support projects related to

  HEDIS

  measures, clinical interventions, and other healthcare regulatory frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences domain.
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  , and at least one scripting/statistical language (

  Python preferred

  ).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in
