Type: Contract

Location: Work From Home

Rate: $16 per hour

Time: PST Work Timings (Night Shift)


Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Infor WFM (T&A, Scheduling, Attendance).
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve configuration/data issues.
  • Work with business users to provide functional fixes and workarounds.
  • Configure/troubleshoot pay rules, work rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations.
  • Coordinate with Infor Support for SRs and defect resolutions.
  • Support regression testing, upgrades, patches, and version deployments.
  • Manage integrations with Infor HRT, Payroll, and Time Clock systems.
  • Build custom reports using Cronos; write Groovy scripts when needed.
  • Prepare documentation (KBs, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).
  • Monitor batch jobs, system health, and daily interfaces.
  • Provide end-user training when required.


Required Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in Infor WFM (v7+ / CloudSuite).
  • Strong knowledge of T&A, Scheduling, Attendance, Labor Forecasting, Budgeting.
  • Expertise in Workbrain configuration and rule building.
  • Experience with pay/work rules and calculation groups.
  • Preferred: Mongoose, Infor ION, Time Clock integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and debugging skills.
  • Experience supporting cloud applications and release cycles.
  • Excellent communication and understanding of HR/Benefits/Payroll processes.


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Infor GHR/Talent modules.
  • Experience with ION, IPA, SQL.
  • Understanding of data security (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
