About the Role:

Infor Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in Infor CloudSuite implementations, upgrades, and support activities for GHR and FSM modules
  • Analyze client requirements, design solutions, and configure Infor CloudSuite applications accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement departments
  • Support data migration, integration, and testing efforts
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and offer optimization recommendations
  • Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry-specific regulations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite, specifically in

    GHR and FSM modules

  • Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits) and FSM functionalities (Procurement, AP/AR, Asset Management)
  • Experience with Infor ION, Infor Birst, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis and design scalable, efficient solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project documentation and system testing lifecycle


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Infor certification in GHR and/or FSM modules
  • Prior experience working with clients in [industry, e.g., healthcare or public sector]
  • Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite HCM or ERP implementations
