Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the

    influencer marketing strategy

    across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard

    influencers and creators

    in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and wellness spaces.
  • Manage end-to-end

    campaign execution

    — from briefing and content approvals to tracking performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain

    long-term relationships

    with key creators and influencer agencies.
  • Collaborate with brand, social media, and performance teams to amplify campaigns.
  • Track influencer content deliverables, timelines, and payments.
  • Analyze campaign data to measure impact and optimize future collaborations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging influencer talent.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years

    of experience in influencer or creator marketing, preferably in

    beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    social media platforms and influencer ecosystems

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using influencer analytics tools (e.g., Qoruz, Upfluence, Collabstr, or in-platform insights).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
