Influencer Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and engage with direct brands in the finance, fintech, and lifestyle space to convert briefs into high-impact influencer campaigns.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand partnerships, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals.
• Own and deliver on monthly revenue targets through successful conversions and renewals.
• Design innovative, data-backed influencer marketing solutions tailored to brand goals and creator’s audience insights.
• Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and long-term partnerships with existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Track and optimize campaign ROI using analytics to drive better results and client retention.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in business development, client servicing, or brand
  

• Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue through strategic
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience
• Prior exposure to lifestyle & fintech brands is a plus.
