Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Influencer Sourcing & Onboarding β—‹ Build and maintain a robust database of micro/nano influencers across categories and regions. β—‹ Identify and assess potential influencers aligned with brand values and campaign objectives. β—‹ Manage onboarding processes, including communication and coordination with influencers. ● Campaign Coordination & Execution β—‹ Assist in executing influencer campaigns from brief rollout to content tracking and reporting. β—‹ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery. β—‹ Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. ● Negotiation & Relationship Management β—‹ Communicate with influencers to negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation. β—‹ Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster collaboration and loyalty. β—‹ Manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring compliance with terms. ● Trend Monitoring & Reporting β—‹ Stay updated on creator trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging content formats. β—‹ Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights. β—‹ Analyze data to optimize future campaigns and strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile ● Experience: β—‹ 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or talent management. β—‹ Proven track record of managing influencer collaborations and campaigns. ● Skills: β—‹ Strong network or access to a wide database of micro-creators. β—‹ Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. β—‹ Proficient in using tools like Airtable, Excel, or similar platforms for database management. β—‹ Ability to manage high volumes and timelines effectively. ● Attributes: β—‹ Passionate about creator culture and digital trends. β—‹ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. β—‹ Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: β‚Ή12,899.71 - β‚Ή48,531.59 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
