Influencer Marketer

You’ll collaborate closely with account, creative, and strategy teams to identify the right influencer partnerships and ensure seamless campaign execution from ideation to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  influencer marketing strategies

  aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Identify, vet, and onboard

  relevant influencers

  across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and talent managers.
• Manage end-to-end

  campaign coordination

  — briefing, content review, approvals, and posting schedules.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance, ROI, and insights to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain a database of influencers and build long-term relationships with creators.
• Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for campaign ideation and storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and authenticity across influencer content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  social media platforms, content trends, and influencer ecosystems

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
