We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer initiatives at SPRKZ Digital | 360 Degrees Communication.

This is a strategic role for someone who not only understands the influencer ecosystem but can design and execute campaigns that deliver real, measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with brand goals and ROI objectives
• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and creators
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and performance teams to ensure seamless execution
• Mentor and guide junior team members to deliver excellence

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and the supplements industry
• Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI-driven campaigns
