Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives. Design creative campaigns to enhance the visibility and growth of our social media accounts. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, bloggers, and thought leaders who align with our brand values. Conduct outreach to influencers and negotiate collaborations that meet both parties' objectives. Collaborate with influencers to develop content ideas that resonate with our target audience. Write and curate engaging content that aligns with influencer campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, and trends to identify potential influencer opportunities. Analyze audience demographics and behaviors to ensure effective targeting. Coordinate and oversee all influencer marketing campaigns, from planning through execution. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, new influencer platforms, and evolving marketing tactics. Ensure influencer campaigns are aligned with other marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and paid media. Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports to key stakeholders. Use data to analyze the success of campaigns and optimize future efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of managing influencer marketing and outreach campaign strategies. 3-5 years of experience in the social media marketing or influencer marketing space. In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry, with experience in influencer management across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. ) Content Creation: Ability to ideate and curate content that aligns with both brand guidelines and influencer style. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and collaborators.
