Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential influencers/content creators/ personalities, developing and maintaining relationships with them, coordinating influencer campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising - Indian Creative economy
• Keen interest in the current fashion / beauty / lifestyle / culture creator space.
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Understanding / savvy with basics of editing / graphic design is a big bonus
• Analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating campaign performance
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or advertising industry is a plus
