Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with

  beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers

  —both micro and macro
• Identify, vet, onboard, and brief influencers for

  product launches, content series, and seasonal campaigns

• Collaborate with creators to deliver

  high-performing content

  across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Ensure timely and quality execution of influencer campaigns that meet

  engagement, viewership, and conversion goals

• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on

  engagement rates, saves, shares, views, and ROI

• Work with internal teams (brand, performance marketing, content) to

  integrate influencer content into broader campaigns

• Stay ahead of creator trends, new platforms, and content formats to keep our brand top of mind
• Build a

  sustainable influencer pipeline and seeding strategy

  that combines reach, authenticity, and cost-effectiveness

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience

  leading influencer campaigns

  for premium D2C brands (preferably beauty, wellness, or lifestyle)
• Deep understanding of

  how to create engaging influencer content

  —visually, tonally, and platform-wise
• Strong relationships or prior collaborations with

  beauty and skincare creators

• Analytical mindset: track performance data, extract insights, and continuously optimize
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills—able to

  brief and align influencers, videographers, and editors with clarity
