Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential influencers/content creators/ personalities, developing and maintaining relationships with them, coordinating influencer campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising - Indian Creative economy Keen interest in the current fashion / beauty / lifestyle / culture creator space. At least 1-2 years of experience Understanding / savvy with basics of editing / graphic design is a big bonus Analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating campaign performance Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the fashion or advertising industry is a plus
