Are you an experienced influencer marketing expert ready to lead and innovate? We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager for our Influencer Marketing team in Delhi. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end influencer campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, driving strategy, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and present creative and data-driven influencer marketing strategies that meet and exceed client objectives.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from brief to final reporting, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to clients.

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency or a brand.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling large-scale influencer campaigns.
• Deep expertise in influencer platforms, industry trends, and analytics tools.
