Role Overview

dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive

    influencer marketing strategy

    to strengthen The Wellness Shop's brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with

    high-quality influencers, content creators, and celebrity partners

    aligned with the brand's positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    influencer marketing agencies

    to ensure seamless execution and performance tracking.
  • Strategically plan and manage influencer campaigns for

    new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and contracts with influencers and agencies while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Define and monitor key

    performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, EMV, ROI, etc.)

    for all influencer activities.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the

    creative, digital marketing, and product teams

    to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging influencer trends to scale brand visibility and credibility.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, communication tone, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum

    4 years of experience in influencer marketing

    within the

    skincare, beauty, or clean beauty industry

    .
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns through

    agencies and direct collaborations

    .
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, tools, and

    performance metrics

    (CPE, CPM, ROI, engagement, conversions).
  • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns with

    measurable business impact

    and scaling brand visibility.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
