Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at our RR Nagar, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our influencer network across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in identifying relevant influencers, building strong relationships, and driving brand campaigns through engaging storytelling and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, approach, and onboard suitable influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others.
• Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals and timelines.
• Social Media Management: Handle multiple social media accounts; monitor engagement and performance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Storyline & Content Creation: Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and content strategies in collaboration with influencers and the internal creative team.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better results.
• Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create compelling storylines and collaborate on content development.
• Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and social media analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organization.
