Role Overview

The ideal candidate is an expert in influencer marketing, trend-savvy, and skilled in campaign strategy, execution, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for brands across industries.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers and content creators.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and insights.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Mentor and lead a team to enhance execution and campaign effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Strong network and experience in working with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.).
• Proven experience in executing and managing successful influencer campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and passion for digital trends, social media, and content marketing.
