Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute influencer-driven campaigns, foster strong relationships with creators, and drive results for our clients. The ideal candidate is an expert in influencer marketing, trend-savvy, and skilled in campaign strategy, execution, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for brands across industries.

🔹 Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives.

🔹 Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers and content creators.

🔹 Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.

🔹 Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and insights.

🔹 Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

🔹 Mentor and lead a team to enhance execution and campaign effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.

Strong network and experience in working with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.).

Proven experience in executing and managing successful influencer campaigns.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and reporting.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative thinking and passion for digital trends, social media, and content marketing.
