About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate & onboard relevant creators across niches (beauty, lifestyle, wellness, fashion)
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Plan, coordinate & execute influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Ensure timely content delivery aligned with brand briefs and product guidelines
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
• Maintain a strong influencer database and nurture ongoing relationships
• Manage product seeding, shipments, and follow-ups with creators
• Collaborate closely with social media, content, and performance teams
• Keep an eye on viral trends and recommend new creators or content formats
• Support monthly reporting and strategy enhancement

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in influencer marketing (agency or brand side)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of Instagram & short-form content culture
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Basic analytics — ability to track content performance and derive insights
