Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with influencers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to build strong partnerships, drive engagement, and increase brand visibility. If you are passionate about social media, relationship building, and staying ahead of digital trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and engage with influencers and creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that align with brand goals and target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Work with internal teams (creative, paid media, etc.) to develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist in the development of influencer marketing strategies to support overall brand growth and engagement.
  • Manage influencer budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of executing influencer campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and software
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics beyond influencer marketing.
  • Experience working with different types of influencers, from micro to macro.
