Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to lead and execute influencer strategies that amplify PlanetSpark's presence in the market. This role will involve developing and managing influencer campaigns, fostering relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging content in line with the brand’s values.

The goal is to scale our influencer program with a rigorous process of onboarding influencers through a mix of barter, affiliate, and ROI-driven paid collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Planning

● Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience, focusing on skincare and haircare products.

● Strategically plan campaigns to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI.

Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building

● Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.

● Strategically onboard influencers via the PlanetSpark platform, Instagram DMs, and email outreach.

● Foster long-term partnerships by nurturing relationships with influencers and affiliates.

Campaign Execution & Content Management

● Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations, content creation guidelines, and timelines.

● Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with brand messaging and quality standards.

● Support content creation with basic social media and video editing skills, as needed.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

● Track, analyze, and report on influencer performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

● Prepare detailed insights to evaluate the ROI of influencer campaigns and inform future strategies.

Community Engagement & Industry Trends

● Actively engage with influencers to build strong, collaborative communities.

● Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and the edtech industry to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.

Skills & Qualifications

● Ability to identify, negotiate, and onboard influencers for impactful campaigns.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

● Basic knowledge of video editing software and content creation processes.

● Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Targets

● Working on leads’ target via influencer affiliate links to increase traffic and generate business.

● Onboard 150 influencers (majority on barter/affiliate basis, with some ROI-driven paid collaborations).

● Ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery aligned with brand standards.
