Mad Influence

Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be at the heart of campaign execution, managing influencer relationships, crafting campaign strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery. This is an on-site role where collaboration, communication, and creativity are key.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns
Identify, onboard, and build relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies
Stay updated on trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, production, strategy)
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and meetups

Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics
Proven track record in executing outreach campaigns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
