What makes the role meaty?

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including preparation and review of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents
• Support controllership activities such as GL scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and intercompany accounting
• Help ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements in line with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards
• Support financial modeling for business scenarios, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis
• Work on cost analysis, margin analysis, and tracking key financial metrics
• Assist in audit support activities by coordinating with internal and statutory auditors and preparing required documentation
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives within finance and controllership functions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and support finance decision-making
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and data repositories for finance and controllership activities

• CA student who has cleared Intermediate/IPCC
• Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines
• Strong conceptual understanding of accounting and financial statements
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
