Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments in the industrial sector.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and communication.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate product/service solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5–10 years of industrial sales experience with a focus on B2B industrial solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and reporting systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in Industrial Product Sales will be Preferred. Experience in Fire Equipment's will be Added Advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
