Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales of IT and security-based project solutions. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, client engagement, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Generate project-based sales from B2B clients and enterprise sectors
• Present and pitch IT and security solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and detailed project documentation
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements with solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in IT or security solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
