Project Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our organization in the architecture and construction sectors. This role offers a balanced mix of field work and desk responsibilities, giving you exposure to both client interaction and strategic sales planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
• Visit and build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to generate project orders.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients to close deals..
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful project fulfillment.

Work Mode

• 50% Field Work: Client visits, site meetings, project discussions
• 50% Desk Job: Lead generation, follow-ups, reporting, documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or the construction/architecture industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
