Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Industrial Sales Engineer at SKYLINE Industries Private Limited. The Industrial Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying clients' needs, and providing tailored engineering solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales process, developing new business opportunities, preparing technical proposals, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, and supporting customers with after-sales services. The role also requires expertise in industrial automation solutions and active engagement with potential businesses to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in Sales and Business Development
• Expertise in Customer Service and Sales Management
• Knowledge of Automation and its application in material handling and industrial processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams effectively
• Prior experience in industrial equipment or automation industry is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics is a plus
