Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through industrial visits, trade shows, and digital research
• Understand client requirements, identify suitable machines/solutions, and prepare proposals
• Collaborate with the technical and service team for solution design and demos
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, and decision-makers
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Drive revenue growth by converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech. in

  Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering

• Strong technical curiosity and desire to work in the manufacturing domain
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Willingness to travel and meet clients across industrial areas
• Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in technical sales
