Key Responsibilities: Understand and present technical details of our machinery and engineering solutions to prospective and existing customers. Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting, visiting customers, and attending industry events. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to clients. Collaborate with the design, production, and service teams to provide tailored solutions to customer needs. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports, and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and technological developments. Provide after-sales support and technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives. Preferred Skills: Experience with CNC machines, metalworking machines (shearing, bending, milling, grinding), or fabrication equipment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain environments. Basic understanding of financing options in industrial equipment sales.
